Looking for talent Xamarin developer

Looking for Xamarin developer I can work to full time for long period. A cross platform mobile project using Xamarin.Forms. It's application form for car insurance plus taking photos of your car. iOS Android phones and tablets. Here is the mockup of the app. ( [login to view URL] ) I expect every screen and controls to work (if not stated otherwise) with decent page transition but you can leave out aesthetic, graphic parts of the app for now, just like in the wireframe. Please estimate how many days/hours you need to complete the job, I expect developer who is proficient in cross platform in various screen size and android. (See samples for tablets here: [login to view URL]) It would be an extra point if you can also write UI tests and make use of xamarin testing automation. Only save information and images in local database is sufficient. I together can choose persistent framework, extra point for using realm.io. But for now it is just one application since I do not have other screens so that user can create many insurance applications. I connect the local data model to the server side API so you do not need to worry about this phase I want to make as follow as test: scroll up-down or use up-down button and focus one question at a time with smooth and snappy transition, when a question is in center of the screen, it becomes '' active" or ''focused' on. A color changes at the left as highlight effect, other questions becomes transparent (alpha) and it activate the keyboard or corresponding control (camera button, date picker, option etc) so it pops up from below, ready to be use automatically. If the candidate show good result in this part, I'll work not only this project completion but also other 2 project with he/she. I'll hire the candidate immediately.
