I am the co-founder of local taxi company. We have recently raised the the need for a taxi system for our taxi's and other potential taxi users.
Here is what we need:
We want a mobile app plus web app, where both drivers and customers can communicate and, if needed, the management center can connect clients to drivers.
The system is need to have map based and chatting where clients can see nearest drivers.
Any additional requirement we will provide after we communicated the potential best service provider.
The service provider must provide a clear documented source script for all the work being done.
