The purpose of this application is to generate an entry and exit control for 2 independent areas (Area A and Area B). Area B has 2 entrances(or exits) and the other, only one. First they must be registered in advance in a VehicleDatabase placed in advance into the handheld device , So that if a vehicle is going to a entrance or exit (gate), the app should read a QR code pasted into the windshield (the qr code must contain the license plate). The app must check if the license plate is contained into the VehicleDatabase, if so, the vehicle must be saved in a ActivityDatabase, in which, the license plate is recorded with the date and time of entrance (or exit) into the area. Else, the app should deploy a message saying: This vehicle is not registered. After that the app should deploy a text so that the user of the app can write down the license plate, and another text to write any additional comments. In this case, the security guard should call via radio to the manager and asks if the vehicle is allow to enter, if the manager says allowed, then, the “no registered vehicle” should enter to the database as well, but with an special mention that it was not registered, else the vehicle must be rejected and should also must be recorded into the databased but clearly stating that it wasn’t allowed to enter to the area. The same app should scan the id of the people inside the vehicle, and check with the PeopleDatabase they must be registered in advance in a PeopleDatabase placed in advance into the handheld device, So that if a person is going to the entrance, the app should read a QR in their ID card, Else, the app should deploy a message saying: This person is not registered. After that the app should deploy a text so that the user of the app can write down the personal ID and another text to write any additional comments. The “no registered person” should enter to the database as well, but with an special mention that it was not registered.
