AWS expertise in video streaming on Mobile App

Please provide high level plan in your bid: If you're aware of snapchat/facebook story concept, we want to connect a mobile app with AWS services, where it does these two features: 1) Mobile upload snaps on AWS, and snap is 10 sec video 2) mobile stream these snaps in form of stories on the mobile, like if we have story A, that got 20 snaps uploaded, then when we click on story A on the mobile it shows all snaps in queue. we expect hundreds of snaps daily, depending on number of users, so we need to think of scalable model, and most importantly, no latency and tolerated loading time when the story is requested.
