Once per minute while device is in use. 4 - Display a pop-up on top of everything if the "popup" field in the json response from the web resource in #3 has content. This will be html with css. 5 - Display a statically defined pop-up if offline and dayly use time is exceeded. This dayly limit is part of the json reply in #4.
