iPhone and Android Application for Event Hosting Website

Developer shall develop two applications, one for Android OS and one for iOS. This app shall retrieve data from MySQL databases from our website and display it in an iOS7 style interface. Our website allows users to create events and manage guests who are invited to these events. The app will simply communicate with our website to allow hosts to edit their events, manage their guest list and perform basic functions that can currently be performed through our website. In addition to this the application must also incorporate the guest functions such as responding to invitations and other minor functions that can also already be performed on the website. The app shall allow users to login using their existing Facebook and Google accounts, a feature the website already has. The application shall utilize a third party API in order recognize and match images hosts have uploaded to the website to ones the users have captured on their phones to bring users the corresponding data for that particular image. The website is fully functioning; however, minor changes will be needed so the developer must also be experienced in PHP, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript. Currently the website does not have the feature for hosts to upload pictures for the API to match with. This will also need to be done on the server side, in addition to other minor changes that will be outlined prior to negotiation. The app look should compare to that of our screenshots and the UI will be determined by our mockups. Work arrangement (fixed price or hourly rate) is negotiable.
