Develop Secure Video Streaming Platform using Amazon AWS?

To be more clear, I do not need you to build a whole platform. All I need is this:
1. Ability to upload a video to AWS which can then be embedded onto a website (my wordpress website preferably).
2. The video should not be downloadable through any download managers. (This is the most important aspect. 100% secure videos)
3. Ability to restrict video embedding by domain name.
That is all. I'm not a technical person so message me if you this requires more details.
