Hi, we have an EC2 instance that has the database running as local host, we will create RDS and copy the database to it, and then we need to do the following: 1) Create an image of existing EC2 instance 2) Crate launch configuration with a load balancer to automatically create extra instances from existing image based on traffic (up to 4 instances MAX) when it reaches 70% of instance capacity 3) Define cool down and termination of extra instances when traffic goes below 70%.
