Finding a publisher and promoting two non-fiction books

Hi, my name's Johnny, 25. I'm an Irish doctor living in South Australia. I've written two non-fiction books 1. I've self-published the Smoking book on Amazon Kindle Direct, but have been unable to make sales,. The Mr. Worldwide I've only just completed, so haven't got it produced anywhere yet. I'll be honest, my job is mental and I don't have the time or energy to learn to navigate the world of getting books published. I have zero experience in marketing or promotions of any kind. I've sent dozens of emails to publishers regarding both books but no positive replies yet. I just don't even know how to go about this and need some expert help.
