Hi , I'm an engineer in statistics, In fact based on your brief explanation of the project, you have a rang of individuals that you want to classify (predict) if the variable "Good " is either (1) or (-1) depending on the parameters you have. I've treated many problems like this in my previous projects. and I think that as a first step we can conduct a Probit regression analysis and depending of it's results we can improve our accuracy using the Artificial Neural network analysis. I think that if ur data is reliable you can get at least an accuracy of 80% (from 100 obs 80 are true ). Best regards.
