German-Speaking AI & Automation Trainer / Coach / Consultant

We are looking for experienced German-speaking freelancers with strong expertise in AI, automation, and practical digital workflows to support us in delivering high-quality learning and consulting formats for both private individuals and companies. The role combines teaching, coaching, workshop facilitation, and hands-on consulting. You will work with learners and business clients who want to understand and apply AI and automation in real-world scenarios — from improving personal productivity to building practical workflows for teams and organizations. Your Responsibilities: As a freelancer, you will support us primarily in the areas of teaching, coaching, and live workshop delivery. Your tasks may include: * Leading live sessions and workshops in German on topics such as AI, process automation, workflow optimization, and practical AI use cases * Coaching participants individually or in small groups on learning progress, practical projects, and technical questions * Facilitating Q&A sessions, office hours, and interactive learning formats * Providing feedback on participant projects, automations, workflows, and AI implementations * Supporting companies in understanding and applying AI and automation in their internal processes * Translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and accessible explanations * Contributing ideas for learning formats, workshop structures, exercises, and practical assignments * Reviewing or improving learning materials, templates, prompts, workflows, or automation examples * Helping us continuously improve the quality of our educational and consulting formats The focus of the role is strongly on teaching, coaching, and enabling people to apply AI and automation in practice. Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to contribute to product, learning design, and process development. Your Profile: We are looking for freelancers who bring substantial practical knowledge and can confidently guide others through AI and automation topics. You should have: * Excellent German language skills, as our participants and clients are German-speaking * Practical experience with AI tools beyond basic ChatGPT usage * Understanding of concepts such as system prompts, context windows, API keys, AI agents, and structured prompting * Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools * A basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how digital systems communicate with each other * Experience building your own workflows, automations, prototypes, or AI-supported processes * The ability to explain complex topics clearly and in a target-group-oriented way * Strong communication skills and confidence in leading workshops or coaching sessions * High reliability, self-organization, and a professional working style * Genuine interest in AI, new tools, digital transformation, and practical innovation Nice to Have: Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: * Adult education, corporate training, coaching, or workshop facilitation * Consulting, product management, business process optimization, or tech * Working with companies on digital transformation, AI adoption, or automation projects * Experience with remote or hybrid learning formats * Experience creating learning materials, exercises, templates, or practical assignments * Familiarity with business use cases for AI and automation, especially in operations, sales, marketing, HR, customer support, or project management What We Are Looking For: We are not looking for someone who only presents slides.
