IT Project Manager

I lead international team of software engineers, analysts and QA using different project management technologies in the past two years. I usual work Agile and Scrum. My job is to understand the needs of the clients and coordinate with the them in the process of quality delivery. I am responsible for the team behaviour and motivation and I secure the well being and the the motivation of the team members in each of the teams. I prepare daily reports and create action plans, securing the time plan and following the deadlines.

I have been a business analyst and scum master for the last 7 years. I am currently a certified scrum master (PSM1). I have worked on site and with offshore teams. I am not sure of the size and scope of the project, so I am unable to give an accurate bid.

Hi - Rob from the UK, work typically as a consultant on contracts however I am looking to work Freelance now as I have a number of unrelated projects in progress. My experience is significant, I have worked in many different environments, built and run teams and worked in different project styles from Waterfall to my own Scrum set up in my last project.
