I want to create a piece of work like this in After Effects [login to view URL] something like from 0.40 – 0.43 & 1.34 – 1.35 is ideally what I want on a video with a blue screen of people that I provide. Will be a 15 second videos with some 4k stills needed just for print. The video itself can be HD as 4k is just stills needed to be used in print work. This has to look like a real van gogh style painting - not like an effect has simply been applied on it. Source files will also have to be regularly shared, and I will need daily updates to show to the client
