We have a business contract that has been agreed with a large company for us to provide our services to. Our bank are going to review it and will hopefully approve a large loan so we can invest in our company based on the contents of this contract. The bank insist that the contractual agreement must have clauses where the company can not pull out of the contract without paying for the equipment which the bank will be providing the finance for. We need someone to review and make suggestions and amend this contract accordingly so it will be favourable to us when applying for the loan with the bank. thanks
