I have a software for swimming named Meet Manager. This software allow us to key in the names of the swimmers and the event and time each swimmer is participating. Instead of keying in the files manually, I want to create an excel sheet. With the excel sheet after completion, I can convert to a CSV file. I want create a short app to convert the CSV file into the Meet Manager software. However to input the entries into Meet Manager software, I need to create a .sd3 file. The .sd3 file is an XML file. Here is the instructions of the .sd3 file. You can find the specs at: [login to view URL] It’s the sidf version 3.0 format option. Objective : Create an app to convert csv to sd3.
