CAR CONFIGURATOR Website and CAR PIC EDIT via Photoshop

Project Scope: CAR Designs via Photoshop and CAR Website Configurator SCOPE in Detail: Hi Experts. Below is a very CRITICAL and IMPORTANT PROJECT we need for the CAR Industry. This is the 5th time I am posting as every time I post this Project I ask only for the EXPERTS that know photoshop extremely well and can produce QUALITY work and in addition I ask for a Professional SOFTWARE or WEB DEVELOPER / DESIGNER to do the CAR CONFIGURATOR but everytime I award the PROJECT to a tech overseas they end up wasting my time and I lose money with Freelancer. PLEASE – only if you 100% sure you can handle this PROJECT then BID for it as I need the best only. DUE to me losing so much money awarding the PROJECT to the wrong techs, I have now changed this APPROACH a bit by making sure you do a FULL DEMO of what I want for 3 CARS (EDITING via PHOTOSHOP and the WEBSITE DEMO) and only if its exactly what I want then I will HIRE you ……. Below is the FULL DESCRIPTION of the DEMO and the MAIN PROJECT for the EDITING and Website DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT CAR DESIGNS: 1. DEMO In the DEMO, I will give you 3 pictures of CARS which is TOYOTA TAZZ, VW GOLF and BMW. You will need to: - Remove the Background, have a shadow beneath the CAR (this will be the BASE CAR) - Then, make colors of CAR WHITE, BLACK and RED - Then, you will TINT the WINDOWS (only side windows) to 2 shades, slightly darker and very dark - Then you will add FRONT spoiler from a picture I send you - Then you will add Side spoiler from picture I send you - Then you will add Bonnet Spoiler from picture I send you - Then you will make the Bonnet 3 color choices, White, Black, and Silver - Then you will add 10 x MAGS choices I send you - Then you will make front LIGHTS come on – Filter / Render then Light Flares - Then you will add 3 DECAL choices to Side of CAR with COlORs white, black or silver - Then you will add 3 DECAL choices to Bonnet of CAR with COlORs white, black or silver - and finally you will lower the CAR – lower suspension (means drop car closer to tyres) 2. MAIN PROJECT Once you can prove the quality of work here then you will be HIRED to handle 300 CARS of similar TASKS. CAR WEBSITE: Conifgurator In the DEMO. You will design a Website configurator for the 3 CARS you did above to allow the USER to interact with the website: - For the demo we don’t need encryption and username password but for the MAIN Project you will allow only authorized MAC Adddresses or other to access website - The website must be colorful and fancy and have the TRANSFORMERS theme - When a user accesses the Website after username and password it should show them ALL CAR LOGOS on screen - Once they click the Logo they will be taken to next screen where they can select the Model, Color, PRICE and accessories(no price for accessories at this stage) that the CAR already has on the showroom floor - Then – when they click search they will see the CAR displayed on screen - Next to the CAR they will have Accessory options they can choose from - Below the CAR will be the ACCESSORY pictures that once they click it gets added to CAR - Each accessory will have a PRICE controlled by me in the ADMIN CONTROL section - As the user clicks the accessory it must add to the PRICE of the CAR and the MONTHLY installments will change accordingly - If the user is not happy with the Accessory he can deselect the accessory and the picture and price reverts to previous screen - There must also be a section in Accessories called OTHER where we will have many smaller accessories as a CHECKBOX with prices, the user can select or deselect, this will add to PRICE but it wont display any picture……….these FULL options must show on the quote as well so that the user can select after receiving quote - If he is happy then he can click ACCEPT QUOTE, this will email an Estimated quote to him, the dealer and me see attached word doc for further details:
