CMS or WordPress Competition Website Needed With Unique Design

We require a competition website called WowDays Prizes based on [login to view URL] with a full Content Management System ideally built on WordPress, but we are open to suggestions. We need to have full CMS management of the site so we can add/edit/delete the prizes, including all text and information. We also need to be able to set the time and date of the prizes so they will expire. We also need to have standard text pages. We require a unique design based on the layout of [login to view URL] as well as the same categories and sample prizes. REQUIREMENTS 1. Design a unique WordPress/CMS website for our utilities website based on the following site: [login to view URL] We really like the overall layout and structure. 2. We also need integration with MailChimp, so we can collect the details and information of the people who enter. 3. Create a CMS/WordPress skin/theme from the approved design and install it on CMS/WordPress. 4. Add the text to the pages (to be provided). 5. Add sample prizes to show the functionality of the site. 6. Add 'All in one SEO Pack' and 'Google XML Sitemaps' plugins and add meta tags and key words (to be provided).
