I need to have a sample VS 2010 C#/VB project, access to MS SQL Server 2008R2 (using SQL sample DB AdventureWorks2008R2 as a data source) using REST or SOAP web-services (REST is preferable). Output should be in XML or JSON (XML Atom is preferable).

Web-services should be hosted under IIS, not a SQL end-point.

User login/password should be a part of web-service request; validation of user’s credentials should be implemented.

Project should have 2 parts – call SQL queries (it should provide maximum syntax flexibility of queries, see oData); and call of stored procedures with set of parameters.

Technology should guarantee stability under http and https.

As a result I expecting to get source code of main project and installation project; short document with explanation of steps to develop projects; web-services installation and configuration of IIS for hosting these web-services.

Ideally I would like to get an application which does not require rebuild a project to create new entity functionality; it should be driven by config file.
