alldaywp sent you a message: Certainly. If you don't mind, I'd like to provide some additional information about the 'newsfeed' section, because based on some responses I'm getting, it seems as though I wasn't being clear enough. If you can explain how you will implement this, that would replace the first question from my original post. Don't be afraid to get technical, I'm a WP developer myself. Newsfeed will contain the post titles, the actual posts will be seen if their link is clicked. Source #1 - standard posts, will appear to everyone, whether they are registered or not Source #2 - RSS - I will provide a list of RSS feeds. All of the articles in these RSS feeds will show up somewhere in the WP admin panel. The administrator will then select some of those articles, and those selected articles will display for every user of the site, whether they are registered or not. Source #3 - Tweets - I will provide a list of twitter accounts. Registered users will be able to go to a page on a site, select those twitter accounts, and tweets from those accounts will show up in the newsfeed Source #4 - User posts - registered users can "post" a message, it will display on a users' newsfeed if they are "following" that person The posts will always be ordered chronologically, but there will be a dropdown section where registered users can decide which of the 4 sources they would like to see in their newsfeed. Separately, the "standard posts" will have tags, and there will be a dropdown section which will filter out these posts based on the tags they have. Less
