Customized Thesis Wordpress Blog & Logo Creation

Hi there, I already have wordpress and will order thesisi today. I anticipate that I will need design work for my logo and header to look customized for my personal branding. I also want easy video uploading and social media buttons on the site along with lead capture. All pretty basic but I am a beginner so I know what I need I just dont want to spend hours figuring it out through forums to do it myself. My downline will want to use whoever helps me so keep that in mind with your bids.
