Customize a Wordpress theme and connect Custom post types and taxonomies

I am creating a new deals website in the style of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], (and many other sites like this) etc. I have purchased the Rehub theme from Themeforest and need someone to customize the theme a bit for me into what I want it to look like and integrate the 2 custom post types and custom taxonomies that I have created. The page requires 2 custom post types, which I have created already. One of them is offers, and the other coupons. As mentioned above the site also has 2 custom taxonomies. One for the category of the offer/coupon. And the other one for the store where the offer/coupon is from (for example [login to view URL]). The first category is be hierarchical (ie. apparel> mens apparel or electronics> consoles> xbox etc.) and the other is not hierarchical (it's just names of stores). Once again, I have already hard coded this into a custom site plugin. The page must have the ability (for registered users) to leave comments and qualify coupons and offers through a star rating system (and the page shows the average of these stars after having more than 5 ratings) (it could also be a thumbs up/down system, which the rehub theme appears to already have built in). The coupons would work as [login to view URL] and https://www.couponcabin.com/coupons/vistaprint/#offer=2909255 when you press it to see coupon . The coupons must have the ability for users to be able to report if the coupon does not work (and this would alert the administrator after receiving more than 5 people who say that it does not work and we would also have the ability to notice a limit that after example 20 that say it does not work the coupon says that it is overdue), this function can be turned off or on. When iyou press to see coupon the page should open the link of the store related to the coupon (for example open [login to view URL] if the coupon is there) on a tab below the page and open the popup by teaching the code Coupon just like couponcabin and retailmenot. Also I would need to be able to create pages that would pull information based on the taxonomy. For example a page that would have everything related to electronics (and the information pulls if a coupon or offer is related to the electronics taxonomy). Same with stores. What I need is basically: - The rehub theme customized - My custom post types to look a certain way and display the data that is attached to that post type (this includes meta data added via the custom field types plugin ) - Pages that I can build that pull info from the stores taxonomy and filter the data by store (for example, build a page for amazon offers that contains all offers/coupons related to the store taxonomy with amazon as the tag) -Pages for the product category taxonomies (ie. apparel>mens apparel) that I could set to build automatically when a new category is added in that taxonomy (this one is debatable, if it's too much effort it can work the same as the stores taxonomy page). I would like a quote to build the site using the theme I have purchased as a base (and just do slight modifications). Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Joel
