Create website (Wordpress) with online shop (E-Commerce)

• Program and design a website using Wordpress, copying the design and code of my other website (created with WP and Avada Theme) • Website will be an info page about stress and burnout, and you need to set up an online shop for selling digital products (ebooks, video courses, etc.), using the usual payment offers like Paypal • The goal is full automation of the entire process • you need to test the website on every browser at every resolution, and with every smartphone and tablet at every solution (as you probably know, there are simulators in chrome that can do that for you) --Set up online store / Avada Theme-- • if needed, I'll buy another licence of Avada Theme • if needed, I'll buy a plugin/program to set up a professional online store • I need you to consult me on whether I really need Avada and the online store plugin, or if we can make it with free themes/programs. o In case we buy Avada: You maybe need to create a child theme of avada in my existing website, so I can update the theme without losing my customizations --What's important to me?-- I want a trustworthy, honest and committed freelancer. I want you to take responsibilty for the entire project: You're gonna be my professional counselor, and you need to pursue a well-defined and consistent strategy. Your passion for work and you're commitment to the project are essential. Your English should be sufficient for communication via email and skype. I am from Germany, but my English is solid. --Hiring procedure-- Please comment on how many hours it will take you to complete the project, and what due date is possible for you. Project can start around July 10th. Also, please tell me if you offer monitor record, so I can check and verify your activities and time. I would like to get to know you in a skype interview first, and see if we can establish a good working relationship, which is very important to me because we might be working together regularly and long-term. --Possible: long-term assignments, bonuses, and raises-- If you prove to be honest, competent and efficient, I'm looking forward to working with you on a regular basis, maintaining and regularly expanding/improving the website (appr. 5 hours per week). I've got another project like the current one waiting for you (duplicating the website you build, which is going to be the German version). If you produce the desired results, bonuses and hour rate raises are implied, as a matter of course. Please tell me if you take a lower hour rates when you're working for me on a regular basis (like 5 hours a week).
