Create a custom WP page template

We need a talented wordpress coder/designer to create a custom wordpress page template for Truemag WP theme ([login to view URL]). Page specifications (see attached image): * H1 Page Title/Subtitle with featured page image on the left (image 80x80px). * Featured post exactly as displayed on top of [login to view URL] Must show 4 posts belonging a specific category and with custom field key: _featured and value: 1. * 3 boxes with the following specifications: - Box 1: Show all posts published in a specific category today, with publication time on left. If there are no posts today, show notice to user and display last 10 posts with publication date. In both situations, if there are more than 5 publications, hide/collapse remaining publications on a expandable layer like [login to view URL] . Number of curent publications on the day need to be displayed on the buble after title with design exactly as showed on image attached and on this page [login to view URL] . - Box 2: Same of box 1, but querying another category. - Box 3: Same functionality of other 2 boxes, but using WP fetch_feed function ([login to view URL]) since it need to display data of another website on the same network. All work done must use and preserve theme functionalities. Clean/not bloated PHP and valid HTML5/CSS3 code built with respect to W3C standards.
