Build a small website

Dear Freelancers,
- wordpress is already uploaded,
- the theme also.
- Text is ready and I already found some pictures which may be used.
- The website will have 6 pages including the "contact" page.
So, normally it should not be a big deal to finish the website, except that I would like to get it in several languages using the "Google Language Translator" plugin (or an other plugin you are familiar with).
Languages: EN (basic text). With language translator: FR, PT, arabic.
WORDPRESS is mandatory as I know how to use it, so I can do future adjustments.
