Bug fixing Wordpress / Apppresser phonegap - Rush

I have a bug list of fixes for a project I would like to be done tomorrow night. I know its a rush. The build is on wordpress, apppresser/phonegap, heavily reliant on Formidable Forms and Userpro. Apppresser basically loads the site in an an iframe using phonegap. Here is the list. I will be hiring multiple people if they people want to single out certain bugs. I can update this list as people want to tackle them. Phonegap - if user is not connected to network - prompt them. Right now it loads 'webpage not available'. Need a prompt to restart with network connectivity. This one is important to me! Get rid of the Phonegap 300ms click delay. Apppresser - Would be nice to integrate the Apppresser camera app so that each user can create their own gallery. [login to view URL] Formidable Forms - Change the yes / no radio buttons into a nice toggle switch [login to view URL] Formidable Forms - Change the star rating system to a slider. The start seem unresponsive at times on mobile devices. Maybe something nice like [login to view URL] Formidable forms / javascript - The weekly weight entry on the ‘Daily Log Form’ logic still has to be added - There needs to an additional numeric field displayed only on tuesdays. The answer is close to something in here [login to view URL] Foridable forms - Monthly Form - This form needs similar javascript that only allows it to be filled out the last day of every month. User Pro - Add Computed fields for ‘% Weight Lost’ and Current B.M.I in user profile. I have a field that needs to be computed from Height and Weight Fields (BMI = ( Weight in Pounds / ( Height in inches x Height in inches ) ) x 703). Need it to show up in their profile and on registration page. User Pro - I would like the users Weight to update from the Formidable Forms 'Weekly' weight entry. Userpro Registration Page: Userpro Wordpress Plugin / AJAX- Add numeric confirmation for weight and height for registration/profile fields. The Plugin doesn't offer a numerical field.... It would be nice if it did right now they have a lot of fields using AJAX verification. Userpro - T.o.S. - still needs a popup it is a link a link right now - I don't like that the user has to leave the page to read the T.o.S. I know how long many of these should take a skilled developer so don't gouge me on the hours, and I will bonus you out and keep you in mind for future developments.
