Add live web content to different area of a website

On a wordpress website [login to view URL] there is a menu called Portals When i click one of the submenu, e.g. [login to view URL] i see a text in the left side of the screen. The right side of the screen is black and empty Changes to right part of the screen: 1) I want to see a picture with a PC screen with a browser (static). The url must be dynamic and replaced by the url from the submenu (if i should add a new submenu this should also work - i will do that before accepting this task) 2) Inside the browser i want the live url content to be displayed and the user must be able to browse/click in that window like it was a real browser. 3) Clicking on the menu: "Portal" itself ([login to view URL]), current text at left side is not changed. But do this: a) at right site do like 1&2, just display a random one. If possible after x seconds change URL b) if user clicks on a link at the left sde, they are redirected the the submenu.
