Design to WordPress (plus a little bit of fanciness)

Hello. We are looking for a developer with a strong history of hand-coding websites using HTML5, CSS and WordPress (SCSS even better!) == Required == - Fluency in English (pls dn't write ur PMB like tis) - Quick communication (email responses in less than 24 hours) - You must have completed more than 3 WordPress projects (ideally responsive and handcoded) - Completion within 10 day of project commencement, including all testing. Please note: because of the confidential nature of this project, we require the finished website is not used in the winner's portfolio. == Project Overview == - Custom theme development based on supplied design files. - Responsive design (mobile designs provided) - 1x page layout - 7 pages + 404 + search results page. - Modern browser compatible (IE7+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) - Contact form (using [login to view URL] plugin) - Google Analytics - Custom functionality: the clients section will require some clever thinking! We need each client page to be able to be 'subscribed' to certain article categories. i.e. If ABC Corp was interested in Fishing and Golf, they could have all posts in those categories show up on their page: clients/abc-corp.
