Cross Browser Issues - Wordpress Site Does Not Load Correctly in IE6 and IE7

The Freelancer must start work on this project immediately and be completed as soon as possible. We've recently tested our website on all the major browsers and the website does not appear to be loading correctly in either Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7. IE8+ is fine. There may be other browsers where the website does not load correctly also.
