Need help updating Windows 7 pro 64-bit. Getting an error.

I just installed WINDOWS 7 64-Bit but it will not fully update. Most of the things get updated but the security updates do not get updated, it shows this error: Windows Can't Update important files and services while the computer is using them. Please restart your computer. I repeatedly restart the PC but the updates do not get installed. I think that we may have to manually install the packages or something. I am fairly good with Windows and I am computer savy but I can't figure this out and don't have the time to investigate that is why I need a Windows expert to help. We can do it via Team Viewer. My Windows version is legal and I have my own Key.
