Create list: clean up of pc/server/mac/...

We want a list of files / directories on all different operating systems / servers that can be deleted when you want to free some disk space. With every file / directory there should be 1 or 2 decent sources (Google it ;) and if there are, a list of the exceptions when you cannot delete the file. Also add a risk level (from 1-low to 5-high). The lists need to be separated per operating system. So specify which OS you will focus on (one OS per bid!). Also specify how many items you will add to the list. When the initial lists are created, we might accept other bids to make additions to the existing lists. ## Deliverables Grammar and spelling don't need to be flawless, as long as we understand what you're saying ;)
