Change Windows 8 Lock Screen image in Desktop app

I have added the reference of WinRT API to the Windows Form App successfully, and use the LockScreen class to get the current lock screen image location. Want to set an image (image path) to lock screen. 1. VS 2012 Windows Form app (the VB.NET is better). 2. Change the Windows 8 Lock Screen image by any location image (jpg, jpeg, png...).
