Paid on delivery
Hi Guys, We are a Salesforce development company . One of our client requires a call centre application that connects to Salesforce download a list of calls and related objects. There is no connection to the PABX required 1- The user must login ( login nice to have verification is not requried but we need to capture the user) 2- the user selects a store 3- the userperforms the calls after each call the information is updated on salesforce. ( async solution is fine ) 4- the user ends his work or moves to the next store At the end of the call the user needs to be able to save the information retreived during the call and move to the next one . We would like this to be developed in Flex using the Salesforce connector and IDE which enables a better connectivity with Salesforce. This is an important job for us we are looking for quality. The attached document will give you the wireframe of the application. 4 objects : - Store - Call - Contact - Payment ( no payment to be performed just information ) - Issue We have about 3-4 week to deliver. Happy bidding Cheers ## Deliverables Detailed wireframe requirements attached . Further instruction can be provided on demand.
