Customer Kiosk For Entering Info and Printing Labels

I have a small shoe shine / repair business and I want our customers to enter basic information like a cell number, on a simple touch screen kiosk and the system would automatically print a label that is attached to the product. If the customer drops off several items the system would automatically print the correct number of labels. The system would also print a claim check with each visit. The system needs to access our simple POS system (access based) that would look them up based on their phone number. If it finds them, it would populate the rest of the fields. The system also needs to assign an employee who is working that day to complete each order. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Several people also needed to know what type of label printer I will be using. It's the Brother QL1050 Wide Format Label Printer. I will be using continuous, removable, 4" labels so the final label should be about 2" x 4". ## Platform Windows XP
