Create an application for RIM Playbook

I would like to package [login to view URL] in an offline application for the tablet that would look similar to what is on the site. The database would be SQLite with 2 tables. I'll provide the SQLite database. I can provide the SQL code too. Every day a random number is selected within a certain range. Based on this number a certain number of records are retrieved. Lots of resources here: [login to view URL] From [login to view URL] I would leave to the developer the choice of the tools. I would need to get a zip file that I can package into an application. That's all. It has to be simple without any options. No Internet access is required for the application.
