Convert simple C# project to IPad using monotouch. The goal of this project to convert an existing .Net 2.0 Winforms application to IPad using monotouch. The application is a client of a crm system, it makes http requests to the crm server, parses the response xml which contains the UI and the data... It renders various controls and fills the data taken from the same xml... So the UI is dinamically generated from code using basic controls, like buttons, textbox, gridview, etc... The screen resolution is fixed to 800x600, so Ipad is an ideal client to render the content on... The job is to convert the actual ui generation code to use Ipad controls instead of WinForms controls. The UI uses the following basic controls to render itself: Button Calendar = DateTimePicker CheckBox ComboBox HLine = simple black horizontal line Label LinkLabel ListBox Picture RadioButton TextBox The UI uses the following composite controls to render itself which are created using some of the basic controls: Table = DataGrid + Header Label with custom Buttons ListExchange = two listboxes plus four buttons on a panel Upload = TextBox + Button Tha main winforms app contins a tabcontrol, on the first tab there is a list of the servers (url,name,username,password,backgroundcolor), selecting a server a new tab is created the the UI of the server is rendered in that tabitem of the main tabcontrol, just like tabbed browsing in browsers...
