Capture video-frame from FaceTime and display it on the same screen

Hello, the task is to develop an application for iOS with the main functionality of displaying a small thumbnail (5x5 percents of a screen) during a video call in FaceTime. The requirements are 1. the thumbnail must be a reduced copy of the participant's face caught from incoming video stream. 2. the thumbnail must be located at the right bottom of a screen 3. the thumbnail must be visible all the time during a video call 4. the thumbnail should be updated with a newer video-frame from incoming video stream once in 5 seconds. Note: we are open for discussion and your suggestions. If you see a way to build an application with similar functionality but with some requirements are changed or dropped then please contact us - we'll discuss it in more details.
