I'm a linux and windows server administrator and I can help you with this. As windows doesnt have any inbuilt POP3 servers or SMTP servers, you'll have to install a mail server (such as MS Exchange, Icewarp, Mdaemon, hmailserver) that provides these 2 services. So do you already have a mail server installed ?
