I need the information in the right side of each sheet within the attached workbook pasted into the template on the left. If you look at the first sheet in the workbook titled FL_Individual_example to see how to map data from the right to the left. you will see how to map each value from the data on the right to correct cell in the template on the left. See attached workbook.
