We would like to know about the website in dept so that we can assign you the developers as per the skill required. Basically we have two categories of developers i.e junior and senior developers. Both the developers have different hourly rates. Let me show you their hourly rate structure. Junior Developer : Working hours : 8 hrs/day : Working rate : 12 USD/Hour (Full time) Senior Developer : Working hours: 8 hrs/day : Working rate : 18 USD/Hour (Full time) And if you want a combine team of developers i.e one junior and one senior then the hourly structure would be like this :- Junior Developer : Working hours : 4 hrs/day : Working rate : 6 USD/Hour (Half time) Senior Developer : Working hours: 4 hrs/day : Working rate : 9 USD/Hour (Half time) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Combined Team : Total Working hours : 8 hrs/day : Total Working rates : 15 USD/Hour (Full time) We usually suggest to opt for a combined team, so that we can divide the task list of the w according to the efforts needed i.e if we find any work which has very high complexity, then we will assign that task to the senior developer.
