build a hybrid app

Hi there, One of our client is trying to deploy a dropbox-type service within their own environment. We've suggested that they use owncloud to do so. They are ok with owncloud services but hated the app that comes with it. Hence, we need to create web app for them. (normal user, not admin console). the main services needed are similar to those of dropbox: user need to be able to sign-in, sign-out, will need to be able to upload/download/share/list/delete document, will need to be able to create/delete directory, and that's about it. customer is ok with dropbox-like interface. API document is available, we will setup owncloud service to facilitate the development. supported platform include iPhone/ipad/android, and need to be accomplished using hybrid approach. (native won't be considered) The job is urgent. Only those who can finish within 2 months will be considered.
