Design a Magento eCommerce Site

I don't have a big budget but this will be the beginning of a relationship with the right freelancer to build my websites. I intend to build an online marketplace like Etsy, Alibaba or Amazon where different shops will operate. I have the sample websites I want to look like. You should be able to use a magento theme and customize it to the look I want. The site needs to have independent shops which can be customized (logo, color, banners) The different merchants need to have individual dashboard. Important> You should tell me how you will implement this method of Payment, When a customer checks out, the payment should go directly to the merchant account. I will not be charging commissions so the merchants need to be sure, they get paid directly from the customer. I would like to check your proposals, only serious and proposals that address my third problem will be considered.
