An On-Demand Delivery System

Hi, I am starting an on demand delivery service. I would need a platform that would take care of restaurant orders as well as shops&business. For example, we will allow restaurants, supermarkets, meat shops, pharmacies, liquor marts, convenience stores etc to list there products on the site and once you place an order, our delivery guy will deliver.. we will also allow custom delivery request for bill payments, orders from unlisted restaurants and businesses. Cutomers should be able to track there order [login to view URL] include; There should be different types of account signups, a regular account, a priority account where people pay a monthly fee which allow them lower individual delivery fees, higher priority and 24/7 service. Then a corporate account for offices. Users should be able to credit their account or someone else account with money for which they can use for purchasing and delivery of anything on our system. For example, you can put $100 on grandma's account for her to order food or groceries. There should be a post section, where listed businesses and users of the system can post meals and products as they use , eat or come across them. For example, a restaurant can post the food they are serving as it comes out of the kitchen and write a short description. This is for there promotion and to encourage customers. Users would also be able to post pictures of there meal as they receive it. Listed businesses and restaurants should also be able to post any events they have, for example, happy hour on Friday.
