Daily Deal Aggregator Website

I need a website designed and installed that will automatically aggregate daily deal offers in a manner and format similar to moredeals.gr. The website should include the very best features and functions found at [login to view URL] and other global deal aggregator websites. I will only evaluate bids submitted by programmers who have been favorably rated or can provide extensive portfolio of prior completed jobs. Localization is Greek so website should be UTF-8 encoded. All needed text in Greek will be provided. Requirements: 1. Ability to automatically aggregate all available daily deals for the city. 1.1. Site must utilise RSS/XML feeds provided by group buying sites. 1.2. If RSS feeds are not available, must have the ability to scrape the needed content direct from target domain. 1.3. Scraped data - Deal provider, deal image, recommended retail price (merchants price), discount price, Discount percent, Saved money, Time left to buy (show expired if closed), Category. 2. Page layout will be similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]: 2.1. Filters should be in the form of drop down lists 2.2. Filters should include: City, Provider (eg. groupon, goldendeals etc.), Category (may have to be automatically detected based on scrapped keywords but should be an ability to change category in necessary from backend) 2.3. Ability to sort by Price, %discount, Time left 2.3. Ability for admin to easily add custom deals. 2.4. Each deal should have facebook, twitter and e-mail sharing buttons. 3. Allow users to click a daily deal listing link that redirects them to deal providers’ website page to purchase deals 3.1. Automatically utilize each daily deal provider’s affiliate program for all deals offered 4. There will be no registration for users but should be an ability to subscribe to newsletter via e-mail. 4.1. When a user enters e-mail address to subscribe to the newsletter he/she should be able to select filters. 4.1. Automated email system will send daily deals in accordance with user location and preferences. 5. Ability to search deals (search box). 6. Ability to add adsense and other ads 7. Must be SEO optimised correctly with site map and ability to custom titles descriptions etc. 8. Finished website design/script will be owned by purchaser 9. Website must not violate any copyrights, patents, etc. 10. Finished website must include installation and 6-12 months of support. You must be able to meet deadlines and provide the project on time and on budget we are looking to build a long term relationship with our chosen partner which will include further projects including development of i-phone application. We do not payout before the project is finalized and delivered so this is really only for those who have the ability to accommodate this.
