This is an ongoing project for multiple pages. First bid is a core application container where we have a Photoshop file. All other parts will be HTML forms based on wire frames. Design has to be done using AngularJS material design. Looking for somebody who has experience in that new technology. Container must use custom Theme created for the colors in the PSD file. Attached filed is a png version and this phase is ONLY to design the container without the content. I.e. header, menu bar and footer. Menus will be rendered dynamically, so nor hard coding of that part.
