Convert warehouse slotting excel file into a web base application

Hi I have developed a warehouse slotting tool in excel and now looking for someone to replicate the development done in excel and develop it into a web base application. All the logic is in the spreadsheet i just need it replicated to work in a web base application. I have removed all the formulas etc so macros won't work etc I have attached the file for review.
