Convert a Template to a Website

I am looking for a frontend developer who is passionate and experienced with developing a beautiful website from a wrapbootstrap template. The template name is Amaretti.

This project is for you, if you:

- have fundamental experience with adjusting templates

- like code quality and do good comments

- are excited about working with users

- like to gather and implement user requirements

- love to create beautiful websites

- know how to do robust websites

The project is a website, which has microservices in its backend which are triggered from the Amaretti template. The microservices are under development and will be further developed based on your feedback.

The microservices span all functionality provided by the website, you will work solely on displaying the content in a beautifully way.

Milestones:

1) Main page interface mock

2) Main page, connect mock to REST services (JQuery, Javascript)

3) Meeting with users and talking about their ideas 2 h (2 *1h)

4) Plug “login page” and “registration page” and “forgotten password page” to microservices (REST calls)

5) Do settings page (change password, add credit card information)

6) Talk with users about their critics/ideas 3h (3 * 1h)

7) Implement points of their feedback (like display x/y/z/ or display it differently)

The website consists of the following components:

Registration page: Inside the template, TODO: connect to REST service

Login page: Inside the template, TODO: connect to REST service

Forgotten password page: Inside the template, TODO: connect to REST service

Settings page: TODO: create with template. It contains password change and credit card information

Main page: TODO: create with template. It contains a list of items. Each of the items is a summary displayed with data and a picture. Clicking on an item will display graphs and more data like tables (graphs and tables and lists are included in the template). At least 3 metrics need to be displayed in graphs or in one graph if possible. The graphs are morris charts ([url removed, login to view]), included inside the template. The corresponding REST service returns data already in the correct format to be immediately usable inside the morris charts.

The main page also has an add button which transfers the user-token and an item to a REST service. The REST service will respond if the item was added or not. If not, the reason will be displayed somewhere on the main page e.g. inside the notifications part of the template.

Guidance through the project:

You will get user stories which guide you what the “user” wants to see and do.

You will get mock drawings and screenshots for the design.

You will NOT need to exactly follow the screenshots and mock drawings, go for the most beautiful and easier route. I expect you to be experienced and passionate to create your own design and give the interface your personal touch.
