Build a Website for our company using bootstrap

We are looking for a talented web developer to re-design our existing website in bootstrap. Current site have around 35 web pages. Customization is required for: 1) Remove unwanted features 2) Update pages with our logos and additional information 3) Host Issue tracker system on our newly built website 4) Customize piwik based on our business 5) Create a client enrollment form to let us know what they are looking for. 6) Vendor partnership enrollment form to become partner to our company 7) All enrollment forms should have an auto generated image with characters. User need to enter these characters to complete registration 8) Upon enrollment, forms data needs to be stored in our database and also sent to us through an email. 9) Create RSS feeds page from our direct client sites. 10) Create a careers webpage for fulltime and contract jobs, that list all our open requirement. Users should be able to search open requirements. 11) Create pages that can play videos from youtube. 12) Create an admin login page, that we can login to update web content on all webpages. 13) Include Google Map 14) Website compatible with all browsers (firefox, chrome, safari etc) 15) Compatible with mobile phones (android, iphone, tablets etc) 16) Social Site Integration (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) 17) SEO friendly 18) Excellent english writing skills 19) Some of our pages are coming from Symantec. These pages need to be customized 20) Employees should have a page on website to enter their testimonials.
