Build a Website

I have a platform that needs to be built with any preferred coding language. All requirements have been gathered and a logical ERD w/ data dictionary have been created which represents the proposed database. Mock-up interfaces have also been created which represent the functional requirements visually. All these will be provided. We have a UI design from a previous website and would like the same to be implemented for this project to. We will provide all images, fonts and icons to be used as well as the UI design files of the previous system for inspiration and copying. Some variation may be required at your discretion as these are completely different systems. The scope of the project is as follows: 1) Landing page with registration (requires payment on registering using PayPal). 2) User login/ logout and profile editing 3) Admin section for creating events and grouping these under specific "event groups". 4) A complete calendar interface with day, month and year views. The user should be allowed to select a stored "event group", updating the calendar interface with those events 5) View an "event group" in a flow chart view which displays the relationship of events in chronological order. 6) A Project Portal, created on the basis of an "event group". Need the ability to invite other registered users to projects. Each project requires the same calendar interface but this is automatically populated with the selected "event group" and only this group. 7) Create notes for each day, visible to all users in the project 8) Create meetings for each day and invite participants that are in the project 9) A project task board which will allow the user to add new categories and create activities within these categories (this is a similar concept to Trello but with reduced functionality) 10) A forum for all project members to create threads and posts 11) Notification System that displays the notifications of triggered actions in the project portal Hope to hear from you soon!
