Build an Online Store - WordPress

See the project requirements for more details. 2- The maximum budget for this project is $800. I have zero interest in paying anything beyond this price point. 3- Required examples of work: • Minimum of two WordPress based websites • 3 – 5 graphics you've designed 4- Leave a detailed personalized proposal message with your bid. No boiler plate stuff! I've invested a substantial amount of my time into getting to this point. I need to see that you show a degree of care and thoughtful consideration prior to bidding. Background My company is a rental property data provider. We use automated processes to aggregate data from various websites. The more common data is hosted on our website. Customers can add the dataset to the shopping cart, checkout, and then provided an instant download link. Customers can shop the data that isn’t available for instant download by adding a data request to the shopping cart. After the customer has checked out the data is provided via email in 1-2 business days. I have a rough website mock-up with the basic written content and shopping functionality. The website was created with a GoDaddy managed WordPress account using a WordPress theme. The easy digital download plug-in is used as the shopping cart and download delivery platform. wpDataTables plug-in is used for a couple tables on the website. Key requirements/milestones 1 - WordPress theme & layout : Develop a custom WordPress theme. Approximately 5 – 10 pages. This number is ultimately determined by the design of the website. The theme/layout of the website will be up to your judgment. You'll decide this based on your professional experience, understanding of my business and your review of similar websites. The emphasis is on a simple design. You must provide mock-ups of each page for my review. Know that I may request additional mock-ups. The website needs be mobile friendly. Written content must accompany all pages – eg create user text or descriptions of different data product offerings. SEO wherever possible. The theme and all other aspects of the website need to be scalable – eg provide a template page so I can add new pages in the future. Some documentation such as a readme file and descriptive code commenting is expected. 2- Shopping experience : We only sell data, no physical goods. Customers receive their data via instant download following checkout or by a data request purchase. For instant downloads purchases customers receive a download link to their item(s) after they check-out. For data request purchases customers checkout then receive their data by email in 1-2 business days. The plug-in “Easy Digital Download” suites my needs well. You’ll develop intuitive shopping page, shopping form for data request purchases, shopping cart, check-out, and account management (new user, login, logout, etc..) into the theme. 3- Graphic design : Create two custom graphics to supplement the written content in the Home and About pages.
