Build an Online Store

1)- Product we manufacture :- PP Air valve,PVC nani trap, PVC Bib cock , PVC Foot Valve , PVC End cap , PVC Cowl etc.(Google the product to get a idea ) 2)- I need an E-commerce website in which there should be all product we manufacture (40 main and in each 5-7 sizes) 3)- There should be option of Sign in / sign up / My account / Guest checkout / cart 4)- If the customer had made Advance payment then it should reflect(current balance) in his/her Account ( I will manually add the payments which made through offline method) 5)- There should be a option for me to select a few customer(trusted one) who can order if his/her Account balance is zero so in that case the account balance will show in negative or debt 6)- If the customer is new and not opened the account with us and already made payment then in guest checkout as well the one who have account there should be field like promo code to enter a code (if person had done advance payment then i can give them code like promo code and in system as well i will enter that this specific code is equal to specific amount so when he/she enter the code so amount should be deducted from order total) 7)- payment gateway will be of payumoney most probably if you have anything better in mind then you can tell me 8)- I don't have any type of content 9)- Customer will have a dashboard in which all the detail of order they placed, order history , transaction history and so on should be there ( customer should have best and simplest experience on our website ) 10)- Should be having best experience on mobile also 11)- I already bought domain , hosting
